Refund policy

 CANCELLATION ON WEBSITE BY CUSTOMER

A customer can cancel an order anytime before the order has been dispatched by contacting our customer service team at Dhanvir Healthcare.

Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or any activity that violates the terms & conditions of using the Website, we reserve the right to cancel such orders at our sole discretion, with or without prior notification to the customer.

We may also maintain a record of fraudulent transactions and restrict access to such users.


🔁 RETURNS

Given that we deal with Ayurvedic products, we follow a No Return / No Exchange Policy.

However, returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product is empty/leaked
  • Wrong or missing item delivered

To request a return or exchange, customers must provide:

  • Unboxing video
  • Packaging defect video
  • Clear images of the damaged/wrong product

💰 REFUNDS

If an order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

If you return a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email
  • You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 days

⏳ LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)
