- A shipping charge of ₹79 will apply to orders below ₹499.
- An additional Cash on Delivery (COD) fee of ₹50 will be applicable on all COD orders.

- All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful order placement.
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours after placing your order.

Currently, Dhanvir Healthcare delivers products only within India.
Orders can be placed from anywhere in the world, but the delivery address must be located within India.
Lost, Cancelled, or Undelivered Orders

- Cancelled by us,
- Lost during transit,
- Or remains undelivered due to courier issues,
the complete order amount, including shipping charges (if applicable), will be refunded to your original payment method.
Partial Cancellation
If only a part of the order is cancelled:
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns & Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns.
- If customers are required to self-ship the return product, reimbursement may be provided according to our Return Policy.
